My wife is from an orthodox family background. So there is no doubt that our marriage is an arranged marriage. Her life up to date is dating free. It was amazing to hear the words from her mouth as every youth, in my experience, has had an experience at least once in their lifetime. She said, "I am a sort of believer in love after marriage, which is the perfect way of expressing love. Other than this would be merely an infatuation. I have never thought of dating before marriage. I do not even believe in dating free of love or affection or something which involves physical pleasure because the people who date commits some mistakes in some ways." I was really shocked by the explosion of my wife's thought. Indeed, I felt very much happy and impressed for having such a good woman as my wife.

She asked me in return, "what do you think of dating free life?" I really had to hide my fear of answering the truth because I have had many datings in my life, but they are all jovial. I mean it has been just for fun. All of my datings have not dealt with serious love or lust. I just explained her about everything. She did not seem to have accepted my experiences with dating. Instead, her heart started to thud. Since she was brought up by the people who are orthodox by nature, she could not accept the fact that I am a jovial kind of person. I just went close to her to embrace her gently and said, "please, do not lose your heart my dear. I am your man. I have not cheated you ever before, and I am not going to cheat you in the future either. I love you baby."

However, the fact is that now a days dating free life is almost impossible for youths, but for the people like my wife and their family is like something unnecessary part of life and immoral. I will not say it immoral until the limit is not crossed. But the teenagers take the dating culture for their own advantage and misuse it. Teenagers must be guided by their parents and taught about the pros and cons of the dating.

Dating may lead to some adverse effects such as drug addiction, alcoholism, pregnancy before marriage, etc. In the form of dating, there are many number of brothel activities running successfully. Since most of the dating occurs during the teenage period, teenagers are in general unable to understand what the dating actually is.

Yet, there have been many instances where few have become perfect couples. It all depends on the people who date.
