Such a strange thing has happened, I still can't believe it. My ex-boyfriend that I used to live with, has called and asked me if I would go with him to a speed dating group with him. I thought that was really strange for him to ask. It's been about 4 months since I had spoken with him. I moved out at that time, and haven't heard from him since. Then he calls me out of the blue and asks me about the speed dating group. When we were living together, at first I thought that we would be a good partner and eventually would become my husband. We did get along pretty well at first, but then suddenly he changed. He got really defensive about everything, and really became kind of mean. I remember asking him if it was something that I had done to make him act that way. He said that it wasn't me, it was him. He had some stuff that he had to work out in his head. He had said that he thought it probably would be better if I move out. That touch my heart, it was very painful to hear those words coming from him. I had gotten pretty hurt by that. In a way I don't think I really got over that pain.

I have just graduated from high school, and am going away to college in a month. I am very excited to finally move out of my parents house. I finally get to live on my own and be my own boss, do what I want when I want. Isn't that every young adults dream, to finally be on there own? It isa milestone in every young adults life that will always be remembered, at least that is what my parents say.

I had been single for about 3 months when i decided to try out the whole adult dating scene. I tried everything from internet dating to speed dating in the hopes that i would find the one person that i was destined to spend the rest of my life with. I had been with quite a few women but had never really felt comfortable with them and always knew that the relationship would never really last. I would be up in my bedroom sometimes and just pray that the following day would bring the one woman that i needed in my life.
