Soon after my divorce from my second husband, I saw that my ex-husband was a going out with a girlfriend. I was thinking to myself that how could he have found someone so soon after we have split up. I was still going through the grieving process, home alone. And my friend tells me that she spotted him out at a fancy restaurant with a beautiful woman. And she proceeds to tell me that this is not the first time that she has seen my ex-husband with this partner of his. I couldn't believe it. Did he find her with a dating service or was she simply a friend? My friend tells me that she didn't think she was just a friend because of the way he would touch her arm during their dinner. I was devastated. How could he have found someone so quickly?

I figured I would try a dating service myself. Why should I be home alone grieving while he is out having the time of his life? I really didn't know if I was ready for a dating service or not, but I was going to give it a try. Besides, it has been almost a year since the divorce. It was time for me to get myself out there and meet someone.

And that is exactly what I did. I just registered on a dating service with the Internet and now I am talking with a few guys that I have some interests in. They all seem really nice and have good jobs. There are some younger guys on these sites that seem to be more interested in older women. But personally I don't dating someone seriously that is really younger than me. We seem not to have matching priorities in our lives.They seem to be more interested in having fun and wanting to party more while I'm not really into that sort of scene. Plus I have children and most of these guys that are younger, don't have children. It just doesn't seem like a very good fit for the both of us. There are some younger guys on these sites, that seem more mature than there age, but I prefer aguy that is a little bit older than me. That is just the way I am.

So now looking back at my ex-husband's dating habits, I'm not really going to worry about it because I have my own life to work out and it doesn't bother me anymore.
